Web Design

When designing a website for a client who themselves build web applications for their customers, you should maximally engage their team and utilize mutual synergy. Together with MoroSystems, we managed to create a website design that respects the newly established brand and its visual identity, the needs of the target group, and the principles of sustainability.

What we achieved together

We created a website that reflects the new visual identity and fulfills the needs of both technical and business customers, with the aim of generating high-quality leads for MoroSystems.

We designed a website with an emphasis on sustainability, focused on performance, user-friendliness, and accessibility.

We ensured a smooth handover of materials to the developers.

New MoroSystems Orchestra service helps companies with technology changes

MoroSystems is a Czech IT company that develops custom software. As part of its new brand, MoroSystems Orchestra guides companies through technological transformations. They help not only implement new tools but also cultural and process changes that lead to more meaningful and efficient cooperation. The creation of MoroSystems Orchestra in 2023 was accompanied by a change in visual identity. The existing MoroSystems website did not take into account the new target group of non-technical, business-oriented individuals and had gaps in user-friendliness and usability.

The goal is a user-friendly website that generates high-quality leads

MoroSystems invited us to collaborate on their new website. We agreed that we wanted to create a website together that would:

  • take into account the needs of the target groups (technicians and business people);
  • be understandable and user-friendly;
  • generate high-quality leads;
  • respect the new visual style;
  • designed in accordance with the principles of sustainability.

Mapping the needs of the target groups

We joined the project at a time when the new Orchestra brand and its visual identity were being created. At a joint workshop, we began to map the user journey through the new website. MoroSystems already had the profiles of the target groups prepared. These were technically oriented customers looking for specific solutions, and business-oriented customers who know their problem but don't know how to solve it.

We mapped customer needs to individual pages designed in the new website structure with the aim of creating a smooth flow for both target groups that would lead to conversion.

We visualized the website structure using wireframes.

The client's team consisted of a marketing manager, copywriter, SEO specialist, sales director, and innovation specialist. For our collaboration with the client's team to function well and for the individual outputs to seamlessly follow each other, we had to define roles in the project and take a step back from creating texts (which had meanwhile begun to be created based on the created website structure) towards the distribution of content on the website. From then on, the collaboration went smoothly.

We designed a so-called high-fidelity prototype - a detailed, interactive, and visually refined version of the website design that closely resembles the final look and functionality and allows for realistic testing of the user experience before development itself.

We created recurring elements for the individual sections of the website. We focused on their relevance to the topic, the added value for lead acquisition, and the overall sustainability of the website. The copywriter then filled the website design with text. And we were able to involve users in the process.

Users on the scene

During the usability testing of the high-fidelity prototype, we were interested in whether the designed UI corresponded to the visual identity and characteristics of the MoroSystems Orchestra brand. We also investigated whether the visitor could navigate the website and find everything necessary to contact MoroSystems. Respondents confirmed that we were going in the right direction and provided us with suggestions for changes to the texts.

Sustainable website? Of course!

When creating UX and UI websites, we always emphasize sustainability. The MoroSystems Orchestra website also underwent our "sustainability check", during which we check its performance, accessibility, and economic and ecological impact. For example, we check the use of colors, images, videos, or fonts so that they do not create "data smog" and negatively affect the website's performance and sustainability.

Smooth design hand-off to developers

We also consider the handover of materials to the developers a crucial part of our work. We prepared annotations and explanations for the individual parts of the website, elements, and animations in Figma. We also held personal discussions with the developers to ensure a smooth transition and correct understanding of our proposals for implementation. We regularly meet with the developers and discuss with them the transfer of the design into a functional template.

"Friendly atmosphere and a client who wants only the best from the project and at the same time is a professional and knows what they are doing. At Orchestra, they know that well-prepared content and design saves work on development. This is what it looks like when a client gives the designer the opportunity to deliver their best performance."

"What I liked about the project was the way we worked with the people at MoroSystems. As a client, they had set specific expectations and goals they wanted to achieve. At the same time, they were willing to put a lot of effort and time into the project. They had an undeniable stake in the outcome."

Client Feedback
Miloš Marcinek

Marketing Manager, MoroSystems

"The new MoroSystems Orchestra website is part of the transformation of the entire business. Our strategy included the task of creating a website that would reflect the offer of new services, but also the overall mindset of the people who work with us. The task was fulfilled 100%. Both Lucka and Ondra had a strong impact on how the website looks today. Lucka managed to grasp what we wanted and transform it into a form that exactly matches our vision. She squeezed the basic graphic manual to the maximum. When I presented it to the team, everyone was thrilled with the result. The website is an investment, and now that we see the result, it's clear to us why it cost what it cost - from my experience, a bad design always shows up in expensive development. The website will represent the entire company for several years."
